Shipping and payment terms

MG Biketec accept the following payment options: Credit card, Paypal, pre-payment. Other methods of payment may be agreed separately in writing. The payment of the purchase price & shipping is due upon completion of the purchase contract. The total price of the order must be paid in full at no expense and without deductions to MG Biketec. The seller is entitled to make partial deliveries, if any part of the ordered goods is temporarily unavailable. Additional shipping costs will be covered in each case by the seller. The seller bears the risk of damage during transit. The same applies to the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold. If the buyer declines or delays the acceptance of the goods, the seller may make the purchaser liable for extra costs or fees involded in order to re-claim the goods. The buyer is responsible to pay all import duties and local taxes should these apply.
