MG Biketec produces premium motorcycle components for the racing industry, motorcycle manufacturers and for riders around the globe. Over 15 years of racing experience ensure first-class development and production of CNC milled components with the goal of increasing motorcycle performance, optics and finally, rider ergonomics & safety. All MG Biketec products are proudly designed, manufactured and assembled in Austria and are backed by a lifetime warranty!

MG Biketec R&D constantly focuses on improving motorcycle ergonomics and rider performance without compromising safety aspects on and off the race track. The in-house design, development and prototype manufacturing ensure that new products are quick to market upon passing stringent field tests.

Using modern machinery along with automated robotic assistance, MG Biketec produces safety-related components and accessories suitable for numerous motorcycle brands and models. Manufacturing processes such as CNC milling, turning, drilling, barrel surface finishing & deburring, anodizing, laser etching, prepreg carbon autoclave & UV resistant coating facility are all in-house procedures used to produce quality aftermarket, white-label and OEM motorcycle components made in Austria since 2008.

MG Biketec products are manufactured to exceed OEM standards and according to stringent European quality standards and regulations along with the required quality assurance controlling. The safety-related MG Biketec components come with full TÜV AUSTRIA/KBA (German Federal Motor Transport Authority) type approval markings and the accompanying documentation.

Second place, is the first loser. Such a slogan motivates the MG Biketec team to constantly optimize and rigorously test prototypes parts under extreme racing conditions.

New product prototypes are initially tested on race tracks in cooperation with Austrian racing teams. One example of a very long-term development cooperation is with YART – Yamaha Austria Racing Team. YART won the overall 2009 FIM EWC and have won numerous EWC race rounds since then. Many of the components tested by YART, are also used by YART and are successfully raced in WorldSBK, WorldSSP, BSB, Yamaha R3 Cup and by numerous hobby-riders competing in championships around the globe using YART’s purpose-build production racing motorcycles.

Every safety-related MG Biketec component must pass extensive tests before being made available to the public to ensure rider safety.
